- Develop, program, and implement building automation and HVAC control systems
- Support system integration, testing, and commissioning activities
- Interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings
- Develop and review control drawings, submittals, and project documentation
- Assist with system troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, and other project stakeholders
- Support project execution from design through commissioning and turnover
- Stay current with building automation technologies and industry standards
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, HVAC Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience with building automation, HVAC controls, or a related technical field
- Ability to understand HVAC systems, electrical systems, and low-voltage controls
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and control drawings
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn: Building Automation Systems (BAS), BACnet, Tridium/Niagara, Distech, Honeywell
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Must reside in Wisconsin
