- Advise national and international customers during pre-sales and after-sales
- Provide 2nd-level support and develop practical solutions for complex customer inquiries
- Train and advise internal departments on IT-related topics
- Create clear and well-structured project and product documentation
- Work closely with the development team to deliver customized customer solutions
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT project management
- Sound knowledge of networking technologies
- Enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
