A central role at the interface between business and IT, where you actively support customers
Freedom to shape and drive projects and to optimize business processes
Identification of needs for IT applications and the use of modern analysis and requirements-engineering methods
Facilitation of workshops in which you capture and further develop product requirements in a structured way
Influence on product roadmaps through assessment of impacts on current and future developments
Requirements
A university degree (university, University of Applied Sciences/FH, or higher vocational college/HF) and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis
Solid expertise in business analysis and requirements engineering, with experience using common modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, BPMN); CPRE certification is a plus
Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
Strong understanding of business–IT relationships and a structured, analytical approach to work
Excellent written and spoken German and English
