- Gather, challenge, and clarify business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate requirements into actionable data and reporting solutions
- Develop and modify SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures
- Create and enhance reports and dashboards on an internal XML-based platform
- Analyze, select, and prepare data in the Oracle data warehouse
- Support implementation from requirements gathering through business acceptance testing
- Perform ad hoc analyses, error investigations, and bug fixes
- Manage changes using Git version control
Requirements
- Practical experience in business analysis and the ability to independently implement solutions using SQL/PL/SQL
- Alternatively, experience as a SQL/PL/SQL developer combined with strong business analysis skills
- Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL, as well as experience with PL/SQL and stored procedures
- Ability to understand business needs, challenge them constructively, and translate them into concrete solutions
- Experience with reporting, data preparation, and data warehouse structures
- Knowledge of XML and Git
- Strong communication skills, along with a structured and self-directed approach to work
- Highly specialized expertise in complex ETL development or data modeling is not required
