- Take ownership of key components and workstreams within SimCorp One implementation projects
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' requirements, business processes, and the lifecycle of financial instruments across banks, asset managers, and insurance companies
- Translate business requirements into standard SimCorp One solutions and design custom enhancements where necessary
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients on matters related to SimCorp One
- Support, coach, and mentor less experienced colleagues
- Prepare functional and business requirements for product enhancements and collaborate with Product Management
- Identify opportunities to offer additional value-added services beyond project scope
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices
- Promote knowledge sharing across projects
- Participate in international knowledge exchange and collaboration across regions and market units
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- For Lead and Principal Consultant roles: experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within a bank, asset manager, insurance company, or consulting firm
- Experience with SimCorp One is highly desirable
- Alternatively, a proven track record of implementing financial software solutions
- Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong team spirit and passion for sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- High degree of commercial awareness, customer focus, and commitment to quality
- Fluency in English
- Additional European languages are considered an advantage
- Occasional travel as required to support client engagements
