Owning outbound prospecting – researching, generating, and acquiring new leads across our Swiss market.
Book high-quality meetings with potential customers, from law firms to private and public institutions, by understanding their needs and clearly positioning Pandektes' value.
Find creative ways to reach new prospects and continuously test what works.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication.
Act as a feedback loop between customers, Customer Success, and Product – making sure real user insights drive platform improvements.
Keep the pipeline accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system (HubSpot).
Requirements
Fluent in German & English (Swiss-german a plus!)
Some sales experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment and/or a background in the legal space
Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills
Initiative and creativity when it comes to outreach and finding new ways to prospect
A proactive, self-starting mindset that also thrives in a collaborative team
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple conversations and priorities at once
The ability to present solutions that genuinely resonate with legal professionals – if you don't yet have legal knowledge, you'll be supported by our in-house lawyers and expected to learn quickly
Nice to have: Background in legal or a law degree
Interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI (basic knowledge of AI and LLMs is a plus
