Responsibilities
Lead qualification & outreach
You are the first voice of Benetics AI - on the phone, by email and through social selling
Active cold calling and outbound outreach to trades and construction companies
Qualification of inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries and campaigns
Building and maintaining contact lists and sequences in the CRM
Close coordination with the sales team for seamless lead handover
Optimization of pre-sales processes using a modern AI stack
Marketing support and contribution to outreach campaigns
Requirements
Enjoy talking on the phone and genuine interest in people - you listen before you speak
Initial work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales or a related field is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English (French is a plus)
Structured, independent working style and experience with CRMs
Curiosity about the construction industry - prior knowledge is not required
