Responsibilities
You will support our founders in executing strategic initiatives and take early ownership of your own projects
Identify, analyze, and actively pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
Acquire customers, partners, and stakeholders and build long-term relationships
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and independently conduct market and competitive analyses
Independently plan and implement projects to automate and digitize business processes — with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to develop customer‑centric solutions
Create concepts, documentation, and pitch decks that make our strategies tangible and present measurable indicators of success
Proactively introduce new features and systems to continuously improve the customer journey
Gradually take on team responsibilities and help shape operational processes
Requirements
Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field
Initial practical experience (e.g., internships, working‑student roles, or personal projects) demonstrating that you thrive in dynamic environments
Entrepreneurial mindset — you identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement them independently
Analytical, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges
Strong communication skills in German and English to influence stakeholders internally and externally — French is a strong plus
High degree of initiative and a drive to go beyond expectations
Structured, reliable working style with the ability to maintain oversight in multifaceted projects
