- Lead integrity and quality control implementation across the Social Security Solution
- Identify integrity, compliance, operational, and business risks and translate them into business requirements, processes, and operational controls
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support solution design and delivery
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and lead stakeholder and client discussions
- Prepare presentations and communicate recommendations to project teams and clients
- Develop and recommend risk mitigation strategies, quality controls, and compliance measures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integrity, compliance, and quality practices
- Work within a matrixed environment to negotiate and support complex solution outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed integrity and quality objectives throughout the solution lifecycle
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Support delivery of complex public sector and financial services solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing citizen-facing public service solutions (Social Security, Social Services, Taxation, Customs, Grants, or similar) or banking/financial services solutions
- Experience with business process design and requirements gathering
- Experience preparing presentation materials and leading client discussions
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership skills
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and negotiating complex solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and translate them into actionable requirements, processes, and controls
- Security Clearance: Reliability or higher is required at time of application
