- Serve as primary point of contact for channel partners and dealers
- Coordinate Technical Support, Engineering, and other internal resources to resolve partner and customer issues
- Collaborate with dealers on pre-sales activities, Statements of Work, and design plans
- Facilitate quoting processes and discuss subscriber types and quantities for project upgrades
- Support project execution and facilitate engineering design discussions
- Keep Sales informed about issues and activity
- Resolve account, product licensing, payment-term, and internal-system inconsistencies with internal teams
- Coordinate on-site activities and logistics for major post-sale support projects
- Communicate with customer site leadership and internal teams
- Ensure third-party vendors meet customer site-specific safety training requirements
- Develop and communicate project plans, responsibility matrices, and communication plans
- Keep internal teams and management informed of project status and critical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Field Engineering, customer service, or customer support
- OR 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Field Engineering, customer service, or customer support
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
- Ability to work in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Arizona
- No relocation provided
