- Provide evidence-based treatment via live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each developmental stage
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders
- Foster a collaborative, family-centered treatment environment
- Educate families on mental health issues and involve them in care planning
- Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions and maintain regular communication with members and families
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning
- Provide consultative support to other team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes
- Use data analytics to assess outcomes and continuously improve care quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Engage in ongoing professional development and ethical, patient-centered care
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Active license in at least one state
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred but not required
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype)
- Demonstrated family engagement skills
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
- Commitment to and familiarity with JCAHO guidelines
- Competency in practicing within an accredited framework to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
