- Development and further expansion of the warehousing and logistics concept for the "Urban Mining Hub".
- First point of contact on site and coordination, management, and administration of activities in the hub.
- Building and expanding a network with tradespeople, clients/property owners, demolition companies, and architectural firms.
- Representing the Urban Mining Hub to regional stakeholders and associations.
- Participation in funded interface projects in the Aachen/North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region.
Requirements
- Degree in structural/building engineering or architecture, or a completed construction-technical vocational qualification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant local and regional stakeholders.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
