Handle all claim corrections in the system, including Voids, History Corrections, Stop Payments and Refunds.
Coordinate refund requests with the Trustmark legal department.
Work with Fund Accounting on issues with electronic checks.
Perform other duties as needed/assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in the Luminare Health claims processing system.
- Minimum 3–5 years claims processing experience.
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent mathematical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service driven industry.
