- Provide training and education to new and existing Sentec users.
- Support new hire and ongoing sales training and development with the field sales and marketing organization.
- Deliver onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curricula, processes, tools, and programs.
- Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of the technology across care providers.
- Participate in product evaluations and installations.
- Assess needs and provide comprehensive product education and hands-on training, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide education and training to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.
- Deliver CE and non-CE presentations and in-person state and potential national society presentations.
- Act as the subject matter expert for products in key market segments to support revenue growth goals.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to coordinate customer education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Current RRT license is required.
- Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred.
- Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
- Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing
