- Conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations via telehealth for children and adolescents in New Mexico
- Review developmental, behavioral, medical, educational, and family history
- Administer and interpret evidence-based diagnostic tools and clinical assessments
- Write clear, timely diagnostic reports that meet payer and school scrutiny
- Deliver findings and next steps to caregivers with warmth and clarity
- Coordinate with referring providers
- Build diagnostic protocols, report templates, and quality standards
- Work directly with product and operations teams to shape clinical tooling
- Focus on evaluations while the company handles scheduling, insurance, billing, and credentialing
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Current licensure as a psychologist in good standing, with no disciplinary actions
- Already licensed in New Mexico, or licensed elsewhere and eligible and willing to obtain New Mexico licensure
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong assessment, clinical interviewing, and report-writing skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Fluency with software
- Excellent judgment, empathy, and communication with families
- Availability to work as a 1099 contractor
- PSYPACT participation or eligibility preferred
- Experience with telehealth-delivered diagnostic evaluations preferred
- Familiarity with evidence-based autism assessment tools such as ADI-R, CARS-2, BOSA/TELE-ASD-PEDS, or similar preferred
- Experience serving diverse pediatric and family populations, including Medicaid preferred
- Interest in building systems, processes, and standards from the ground up preferred
- Prior startup or early-stage company experience preferred
