  • Primary Function of Position
  • Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of our business and the sales process.
  • Support a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed Da Vinci Surgical Systems.
  • Support sales activities within a local geographic area including case coverage, customer support, product demonstrations, and other clinical selling activities.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop a strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager to drive utilization of the Da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Become a Da Vinci Surgery expert across all primary surgical specialties to support development of surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
  • Support field works to achieve quarterly sales goals.
  • Support regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
  • Manage administrative tasks responsibly, reporting sales/procedures and outcomes of sales activities.
  • Act as a resource to the surgical team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the Da Vinci Surgical System.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • Sales experience (recommended).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Required Education and Training
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and equivalent.
  • Working Conditions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, dependent upon account distribution.
  • No disqualification for overseas business trips.
