Responsibilities Help define the product and commercial positioning.
Identify the strongest use cases for AI voice agents in debt collection.
Open doors to potential pilot customers.
Lead or support customer discovery and sales conversations.
Advise on workflows, scripts, compliance constraints and buyer expectations.
Help shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market.
Work closely with Altamira’s technical team to prioritise product features.
Requirements strong debt collection/recoveries industry knowledge; existing relationships with agencies, banks, lenders, fintechs or BPO/contact centre operators; ability to validate the product with real buyers; commercial drive to secure first pilots and customers; input into pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Strong network in the debt collection or recovery market.
Ability to access decision makers and potential pilot customers.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Commercially driven and comfortable with early-stage uncertainty.
Fluent English.
