- Handle complaints

- Coordinate and liaise with external law firms
- Contribute to the further development and optimization of processes
- Manage your own client portfolios within clearly structured processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a paralegal/legal assistant or a comparable qualification
- Experience in collections management
- Structured and independent approach to work
- Clear, solution-oriented communication
- Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility
