Compute Solution Architect

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AI Infrastructure services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Lead delivery of strategic GPUaaS contracts and ensure timelines, SLAs, and support commitments are met
Bridge product and support teams by providing customer feedback and relaying feature requests
Ensure alignment with customer requirements
Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads
Ensure seamless integration and scalability
Partner with sales to identify new opportunities and promote the latest products
Deliver technical presentations
Coordinate customers, sales, product, and support through deployment and production
Ensure infrastructure performs as expected and issues are resolved quickly

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and AI/ML workloads
• Track record as a technical pre-sales/solutions architect driving infrastructure engagements with partners through to production
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations
• Proven success driving technical engagement and technical adoption
• Working knowledge of cluster orchestration and scheduling: Slurm, Kubernetes, and batch/HPC workload management
• Nice to have: working knowledge of model training frameworks/runtimes such as PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow
• Nice to have: familiarity with Generative AI serving runtimes such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, TGI, and LLM-D
• Nice to have: proficiency with parallel file systems such as Lustre and GPFS and object storage integration
• Nice to have: familiarity with InfiniBand/RDMA networking, parallel storage, and multi-node distributed training topologies
