- Contribute to feasibility studies, site analyses and use concepts
- Support the coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
- Prepare decision-making documents and presentations, and monitor relevant project parameters
- Prepare and document workshops
- Participate in proposal preparation and in the further development of our service portfolio in development management.
Requirements
- Completed degree in urban planning, architecture, real estate management, geography, civil engineering or a related field.
- Initial practical experience in urban or district development, project development or real estate consulting is an advantage.
- Understanding of urban planning, economic and organizational development interrelationships.
- Excellent German language skills (min. C1/C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Very good MS Office skills, confident presentation skills and a structured way of working.

Demonstrates expertise in urban planning and project development, with strong skills in preparing decision-making documents and presentations. Proficient in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and conducting feasibility studies while possessing excellent language skills in German and English.
