Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, creating, publishing and optimizing content across digital channels.
- Develop and execute a cross‑channel content and social media strategy.
- Create an editorial calendar for the website, blog, newsletter and social media channels.
- Day‑to‑day management of social media channels (e. g., Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In).
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting on reach, engagement, clicks and conversions; deriving and implementing optimization measures.

Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with relevant references.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation (including copywriting).
- Confident use of common social media platforms, content tools (Canva/Adobe, etc.) and basic analytics.
- Strong sense for language, visual aesthetics and storytelling, with a structured, independent working style.
- Demonstrated experience with online shops; if not, a strong digital affinity and willingness to learn.
- Native German speaker, fluent in English.
- Affinity for East Asian cultures is an advantage.
