Content Team Lead

• Own the end-to-end tutorial production pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput
• Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs
• Plan team capacity against the production calendar and deliver against it
• Track throughput, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues before escalation
• Set and document quality standards for human-written and AI-generated tutorials
• Manage, develop, and provide regular performance feedback to writers and editors
• Identify skill gaps through hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• Build a self-sufficient team that can make decisions independently
• Collaborate closely with the SEO team
• Report to the Head of Content

• Track record running high-volume content production and maintaining a schedule

• Experience developing individual contributors and improving their performance

• Data literacy; ability to track output, identify trends, and use data to make decisions
