Counsel, Product – Health-Tech

• Provide legal support to Product, Growth, and Marketing teams on category development, new and existing solutions, marketing and educational materials, and digital product design
• Identify privacy and regulatory issues and collaborate with Regulatory and Privacy Counsel team members on actionable legal guidance
• Review customer-facing promotional content, including advertising, website content, social media posts, and product packaging, for legal and regulatory compliance
• Provide practical, business-focused, solutions-oriented, clear, and concise legal guidance
• Develop relationships and build trust with business partners
• Stay informed on product developments, business objectives, and the changing legal landscape affecting the business
• Work on legal issues at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 4+ years of experience post law school graduation practicing at a law firm and/or in-house advising business teams on promotional and e-commerce activities
• Experience with FTC laws and regulations
• Experience with state consumer protection laws
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong business judgment and creative mindset
• Preferred: Experience advising on FDA-regulated products
• Preferred: Experience advising on intellectual property issues, including trademarks and copyrights
• Preferred: Working knowledge of US and state consumer privacy laws and healthcare privacy laws
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction for any employer
• Must not require immigration sponsorship by Hims & Hers to work in the U.S.
