Requirements
- Approximately 7 years of professional writing, copywriting, content marketing, editorial, or communications experience
- Proven ability to write across multiple content types and communication channels
- Strong storytelling, editing, and content development skills with a commitment to quality and brand consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with writers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of international development, child sponsorship, or global ministry environments preferred
- Experience with Workfront, Adobe InCopy, or similar content management tools preferred
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Consistent witness for Jesus Christ; courteous, Christ-like attitude; faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer
- Abides by Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct
