Creative Technologist

• Bridge design vision and engineering execution through experimentation
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical concepts aligned with human-centered design
• Rapidly prototype interactive, testable experiences, including agentic AI-driven interactions
• Apply AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces to business challenges
• Lead feasibility analysis and ethical review of technology choices
• Consider agentic AI safety and governance
• Define and prototype agent tools exposed through APIs
• Build front-end experiences integrating with agentic systems
• Support streaming responses, conversation and workflow state, and human-in-the-loop actions
• Evaluate agent accuracy, reliability, safety, latency, and user trust
• Translate experience requirements into tool contracts, UI behaviors, and evaluation criteria

Requirements

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration between design and engineering
• Ability to apply emerging technologies to business challenges
• Ability to create low- to high-fidelity digital and physical prototypes
• Ability to design human-in-the-loop interaction patterns for approvals, escalation, rollbacks, and exception handling
• Ability to assess technical feasibility, system integration, and implementation pathways
• Ability to translate prototypes and technical insights into compelling narratives
• Awareness of equity, bias, transparency, and responsible AI/data practices
• Ability to define and prototype API-based agent tools using REST/GraphQL, including schemas, error handling, and versioning
• Ability to build modern web interfaces such as React/TypeScript integrating with agentic systems
• Ability to define agent evaluation criteria and use test prompts, structured cases, and lightweight metrics
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience, dependent on level
• Vertical domain experience such as finance, retail, healthcare, or industrial
• Experience in both enterprise and agency environments
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, and platform capabilities
• Background in behavioral science, change management, or design research
• Applied or academic experience with data science, AI/ML, or HCI
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrable portfolio of work
• Ability to partner with AI engineers working in open-source agent runtimes
• Preferred advanced degree or certification in design, HCI, computer science, or a related field
