- Work alongside the Project Manager to deliver on-site and remote implementations of CRM and EMR systems across clinics in Spain and Italy
- Ensure project alignment with timelines, scope, and budget
- Collaborate with clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and central Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, and Marketing departments
- Demonstrate the digital suite, analyze current processes, identify system gaps, and document localized configuration requirements
- Configure systems, support user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and ensure go-live readiness
- Support user training delivery, contribute to user guides, and facilitate system adoption
- Coordinate legacy data migration and validation with the central data team
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and ongoing operational support
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery, ideally in healthcare, clinical systems, or CRM environments
- Practical experience with CRM (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics) and/or EMR systems (e.g., eBase, VRepro, Filemaker)
- Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Finnish
- Additional European language preferred: Swedish or Estonian
- Degree or certification in Business, IT, Healthcare, or Education preferred
- Experience in multi-site healthcare environments preferred
- Background in roll-ups or M&A environments preferred
- Willingness to travel to clinics across Finland, Sweden, and Estonia
