Responsibilities
Support the Sales team in executing complex customer projects
Guide customers throughout the entire implementation and onboarding phases
Advise customers on technical and operational payment solutions
Coordinate between customers, partners and internal teams such as Product, Operations and Support
Assist with integrations and rollouts in the hospitality and vending sectors
Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Support escalations and problem-solving for complex issues
Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
Contribute to the development of internal processes and Customer Success structures
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Account Management or a comparable customer-facing role
Technical understanding and interest in digital payment solutions
Experience in hospitality, vending, POS systems or self-service solutions is an advantage
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication skills and a confident manner with customers and partners
High level of initiative and team orientation
Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
