Ensure high-quality customer contact by phone and in writing in German and French.
Handle customer inquiries competently and courteously.
Resolve customer issues as much as possible on first contact to increase customer satisfaction.
Handle inquiries regarding invoices, tariffs, products, and move notifications, and provide support for digital services and apps.
Escalate more complex requests or complaints to the responsible specialist departments.
Work closely with internal specialist departments to ensure consistently high service quality.
Requirements
Completed vocational training and experience in customer-facing roles and administrative tasks.
Enjoy interacting with customers by phone.
Quick learner with a good technical aptitude.
Confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken German and French.
Strong communication skills, service orientation, flexibility, and an independent, reliable working style.
Ideally, professional experience in the energy sector or as an electrician and further training in commercial or technical fields.
