- Advise and coach managers on all relevant HR matters
- Support employee relations and employment law and works council matters
- Foster a trusting relationship with employee representatives
- Design and implement organizational development, change management, performance management, and talent development processes
- Implement HR projects and improve policies, processes, and standards
- Support group-wide HR initiatives as well as transformation, restructuring, and comparable change programs
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
Requirements
- University degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in operational HR, ideally in an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, social security law, and works constitution law
- Independent, solution-oriented, and resilient approach to work
- Strong consulting skills and diplomatic acumen
- Experience in recruitment, talent development, organizational development, or change management
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to collaborate across locations
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
