- Analyze and transform data using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to answer business questions, identify trends, develop insights, and support decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, KPIs, and analytical solutions
- Apply data visualization, data quality, and data storytelling practices
- Leverage AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools such as Claude Code and Google AI Studio to accelerate analysis, reporting development, and automation
- Enhance dashboards, reporting workflows, and analytical tools through AI automation
- Translate business questions into data, analytics, reporting automation, and AI solutions
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, business efficiency, quality, and decision-making
- Explore emerging technologies and practical business applications
- Connect business problems, data, analysis, solutions, and measurable business impact
- Report to the Director of Data
- Work without direct reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence
- Strong experience with Tableau and BigQuery
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with Vibe Coding, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar AI development tools to accelerate analysis, development, research, and automation
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical analytical and technical solutions
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: 3-5 years of Tableau experience
- Preferred: Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, MCP, LLM APIs, or AI-powered automation
- Preferred: Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery or GCP APIs
- Preferred: Experience developing semantic layers, analytical data models, metrics frameworks, or governed datasets
- Preferred: Anthropic Claude Certified Developer - Foundations (CCDV-F) or equivalent hands-on AI development experience
- Strong interest in AI-assisted development, vibe coding, and emerging agentic technologies
