Data Analyst, AI

• Analyze and transform data using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to answer business questions, identify trends, develop insights, and support decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Apply data visualization, data quality, and storytelling practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools such as Claude Code and Google AI Studio to accelerate analysis, reporting, development, and automation.
• Enhance dashboards, reporting workflows, and analytical tools through AI automation to create efficient and scalable solutions.
• Translate business questions into data, analytics, reporting, automation, and AI solutions.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, business efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
• Explore emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
• Connect business problems to data, analysis, solutions, and measurable business impact.
• Report to the Director of Data; no direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence.
• Strong experience with Tableau and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with Vibe Coding, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar AI development tools to accelerate analysis, development, research, and automation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical analytical and technical solutions.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of Tableau experience.
• Preferred: Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, MCP, LLM APIs, or AI-powered automation.
• Preferred: Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly BigQuery or GCP APIs.
• Preferred: Experience developing semantic layers, analytical data models, metrics frameworks, or governed datasets.
• Preferred: Anthropic Claude Certified Developer - Foundations (CCDV-F) or equivalent hands-on AI development experience.
• Preferred: Strong interest in AI-assisted development, vibe coding, and emerging agentic technologies.
