- Ensure asset management clients receive optimal value from SS&C’s data management service for financial intermediary distribution
- Lead a team of associates within the internal data operations team
- Participate in client discussions to identify best practices
- Continuously evolve the service to meet client needs
- Apply knowledge of financial intermediary operations, recordkeeping, distribution platforms, and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work-related experience
- Experience in the financial industry, specifically asset management
- Extensive knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape, including broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, and dual-registered advisors
- Knowledge of recordkeeping and distribution platforms, including transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, and custodial platforms
- Knowledge of reporting needs of asset management companies distributing products through financial intermediaries
- Strong operational and communication skills
- Passion for continuous learning and ability to learn quickly and apply new skills
- Flexibility and ability to be proactive
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions
- Ability to successfully meet deadlines
