- Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location
- Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team and supporting specialty consultants to support customer design needs, pricing, customer approvals, and implementation of specific deployment scopes
- Manage project delivery by aligning clients' objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration across QTS
- Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals
- Function as QTS' point of contact for new client builds and implementations
- Liaise between the QTS Sales Team, QTS Operations Team, QTS Property Development Team, and the customer
- Work closely with existing Development Construction Project Managers to ensure customer needs are carried out to high levels of expectation
- Report into the QTS Property Development department and work closely with the CHO and CRO, depending on the origin of the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
- Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities
- Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers
- Be able to travel as needed for the business
- Experience managing multiple large, multi-faceted projects
- Experience with Construction Health & Safety Knowledge
- Experience with Customer Deployment Technologies and Equipment
- RCDD a plus
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and support staff
- Ability to influence cross-discipline teams
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
