- Lead the global executive search strategy for Senior Director, VP, and SVP+ hiring across all business units and regions
- Own end-to-end delivery of executive searches, personally leading strategic and highly confidential searches
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing Executive Search team
- Design and operationalize Clio's executive hiring playbook
- Establish standardized practices for executive assessment, interview calibration, stakeholder governance, succession planning, and confidentiality
- Advise C-suite executives and senior business leaders on hiring decisions
- Develop executive talent pipelines and strategic market maps
- Deliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and talent landscape analysis
- Define and execute the executive search partner strategy and optimize agency relationships
- Establish metrics and reporting for executive hiring quality, speed, diversity, and long-term success
- Continuously improve executive hiring outcomes through data
