Lead program management strategy and execution for a global, high-value Hilton program
- Lead program management strategy and execution for a global, high-value Hilton program
- Lead regular program syncs and steering committee meetings
- Monitor and report program KPIs, status, and risks
- Resolve cross-team blockers and elevate issues as needed
- Guide and support project managers, change managers, and program team members
- Manage team members and direct their work
- Bridge executive leadership, strategy/business, product/technology, and other teams
- Translate program progress into progress against Hilton's strategic and commercial objectives
- Align roadmaps, dependencies, delivery, and resources across departments
- Collaborate on budget planning, resource allocation, hiring forecasts, and vendor contracts
- Own program business case management
- Own program steering committee, governance, and council activities
- Own program charters and execution plans
- Own status reports, executive dashboards, and risk assessments
Requirements
- Ten (10) years of professional work experience
- Five (5) years of work experience in program management, project management, organizational change management, or a combination of these
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, PROSCI/CCMP, or similar certification would be useful
- Experience using PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and application
- Understanding and validated experience applying the ADKAR model
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or other project planning tools
- Hospitality experience would be useful
