Responsibilities Lead the Engineering team and the development of complex software systems for large-scale cloud-based applications within the power and electrical industry.
Provide strategic guidance and architecture oversight to ensure high software standards and adherence to best practices.
Design scalable, secure, and reliable systems tailored to meet the dynamic needs of the energy sector.
Evaluate and select technologies to optimize software performance, scalability, and long-term innovation.

Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.10+ years in engineering leadership or NPI delivery, specifically within large-scale cloud development.5+ years of expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).3+ years of experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
Proficiency in data aggregation, analytics tools, and integrated ERP environments.
Practical experience with Io T, real-time systems, and digital core systems.
