- Own client requirements elicitation and process documentation
- Translate enterprise needs into scalable technical blueprints
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value initiatives
- Manage financial targets, sprint governance, and project timelines
- Convert validated functional concepts into Epic frameworks and sprint-ready user stories
- Ensure solution architectures align with Enterprise Information Technology patterns
- Own integration testing strategy across UAT and SIT
- Develop technical sizing models and estimate Professional Services hours and custom engineering LOE for Statements of Work
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison between executive-level client sponsors and internal technical execution teams
- Establish project governance frameworks and communication channels
- Manage scope negotiations, mitigate delivery risks, and align business expectations
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology delivery roles
- Strong knowledge of modern software development
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise data systems including SQL, Oracle, and Elastic
- Knowledge of integration frameworks including RESTful APIs and Kafka
- Demonstrated success leading complex delivery lifecycles across AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud environments
- Experience with Python, Java, and Springboot
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
