- Advise and coach customers in the energy sector on project-related topics
- Support customer-side project managers in the successful delivery of transformation projects
- Support the planning of transformation-related initiatives
- Further develop sparqs' proprietary project methodology and facilitate knowledge transfer to customers
- Deliver and manage SAP projects in SAP IS-U and S/4 Utilities
- Support projects from setup and planning through go-live assistance
- Ensure project quality assurance
- Contribute to and/or lead interdisciplinary project teams
- Work closely with other consulting units and customers' IT departments
- Conduct customer training sessions and workshops
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, business information systems, or a comparable qualification
- At least four years of professional experience successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA projects in the utilities sector
- Confident working with both traditional and agile project delivery approaches
- Strong methodological toolkit in project management methodologies
- Certification in PRINCE2, IPMA, or project management is desirable
- Experience managing complex project structures and customer requirements
- Customer-focused, proactive, and analytical approach to work
- Ability to work independently and integrate effectively into internal and customer-side teams
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Hands-on mentality
- Fluent German at C1 level, including professional negotiation skills
- Good written and spoken English
