- Deliver subject-specific instruction at the Dresden-North location and remotely from home via the WBS LearnSpace 3D
- Provide instruction 20% at the Dresden-North location and 80% remotely from home
- Prepare and develop course-related learning materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market
- Promote participants’ skills development as an instructor and learning facilitator
Requirements
- Professional experience in the field
- Completed vocational training, technician qualification, or engineering qualification in automation technology
- Knowledge of programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems
- Specialized programming of Siemens PLC systems using TIA, including technology and communication objects, visualization, and machine safety
- Knowledge of network technology
- Experience using TIA with PROFIBUS, PROFINET, AS-i, and OPC UA
- Knowledge of control engineering and measurement technology
- Basic knowledge of SIMIT software is an advantage
- AEVO certification or comparable pedagogical training is desirable
- Strong methodological and didactic skills for delivering educational content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
- Very good command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level
