- Deliver subject-specific instruction in PLC programming at the Dresden-Nord location (20%) and remotely from a home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D (80%)
- Prepare and develop instructional materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight
- Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market
- Deliver instruction both as a subject-matter expert and as a learning facilitator
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, technician qualification, or engineering degree in automation technology
- Knowledge of programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems
- Experience with the specialized programming of Siemens PLCs using TIA
- Knowledge of technology and communication objects, visualization, and machine safety
- Knowledge of networking technology
- Knowledge of TIA with PROFIBUS, PROFINET, AS-i, and OPC UA
- Knowledge of control engineering and measurement technology
- Excellent command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level
- Strong methodological and didactic skills for delivering educational content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
- Basic knowledge of SIMIT software is an advantage
- AEVO certification or comparable pedagogical training is desirable
