Requirements
- Several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
- Professional experience with Go (Golang), ideally for automation, platform tooling, or backend services
- Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event streaming
- Experience with automation, infrastructure as code, continuous delivery, observability, security, and reliability
- Ability to make sound architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs clearly
- Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering complex work incrementally
- Enjoyment of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring
- Ownership of outcomes and continuous learning
