• Accompany the team in the office and at assignments involving clubs, concerts, trade shows, and sporting events.
• Film moments using a camera or smartphone.
• Edit Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, including cuts, sound, subtitles, and hooks.
• Develop storylines and narrative arcs from raw footage.
• Build and manage the channels: Instagram as the primary channel, TikTok for repurposing content, and LinkedIn as a B2B channel for the founders.
• Create an editorial calendar, publish content, and respond to community inquiries.
• Evaluate content performance and analyze what works and why.

Requirements

• You have already edited videos—whether for yourself, a sports club, or a side job.
• You are at home on Instagram and TikTok and can tell when a format is losing momentum.
• Willingness to attend events in the evenings, on weekends, and while traveling within Germany.
• At least two days per week in the Düsseldorf office.
• Fluent German and solid English skills.
