- Work closely with the Ecosystems Partner Programs team to develop and architect partner program strategy and ongoing transformation
- Apply first-principles thinking to deconstruct complex problems and design pragmatic, high-impact solutions
- Synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights for organizational decision-making
- Deliver concise materials for executive audiences, including business cases and strategic plans
- Partner across functions to align priorities and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement
- Drive AI-enabled initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and unlock value
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects, owning timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring results with visibility and accountability
Requirements
- 4 years of professional experience
- 4 years in top-tier management consulting is a plus
- Advanced analytical, quantitative, and modeling expertise
- Ability to distill complex datasets and business dynamics into actionable insights
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience influencing and aligning senior leadership on complex business and technical issues
- Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives and driving cross-functional change
- Experience managing programs with measurable business impact
- Collaborative leadership and independent thinking
- Proactive self-starter able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Ability to set direction with minimal guidance
- Experience in the Enterprise Technology sector is a plus but not required
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative or technical field
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL and Tableau
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
