- Own course production end to end, transforming product documentation and subject matter expert input into polished, interactive, pedagogically sound courses
- Write learning scripts and on-screen copy for learners
- Define measurable learning objectives with subject matter experts
- Storyboard screens and design course visuals
- Build knowledge checks, scenario-based activities, and exercises
- Establish a reusable visual design language for Fieldguide University
- Build and QA courses in WorkRamp, including course hierarchy, settings, landing pages, banners, formatting, links, and presentation
- Write and configure assessments with scoring and certification logic
- Collaborate with domain experts and the customer education team
- Provide constructive feedback on course length, clarity, and learner value
Requirements
- 3+ years designing and developing eLearning courses
- Portfolio demonstrating production quality and visual design capability
- Hands-on experience in audit, advisory, or accounting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CPE requirements is a strong plus
- B2B SaaS or technical product context is nice to have
- Experience building learning content for an AI-native product is nice to have
- Comfort producing screen recordings and product screenshots from a live application is nice to have
- Proficiency in a major authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- General LMS experience
- Strong visual design skills applied to learning
- Ability to work with subject matter experts, conduct SME interviews, and synthesize documentation
- Instructional design background sufficient to write learning objectives, build storyboards, and identify content architecture problems
