- Handling employment law matters through all stages of litigation
- Drafting enforcement-related pleadings, including challenges to calculations, objections to enforcement, interlocutory appeals in enforcement proceedings, appeals to the Superior Labor Court, and writs of mandamus
- Reviewing legal publications and hearing minutes, and scheduling deadlines
- Monitoring case progress and entering information into the firm’s and client’s internal systems
- Preparing for hearings

Requirements
- Ability to develop litigation strategies and analyze information and documents to manage proceedings
- Strong critical-reading skills for reviewing judgments and appellate decisions and drafting appeals
- Mediation skills
- Postgraduate qualification in employment law preferred
- Thorough knowledge of employment law, labor procedure, and civil procedure is essential
