Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 8+ years as an Individual Contributor, scaling to Staff Engineer or Tech Lead
- 4+ years in direct Engineering Management
- Domain expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication protocols, and related platform architecture
- Demonstrated ability to apply sound technical judgment in ambiguous, high‑stakes environments
- University Degree or equivalent experience (preferred qualification)
- Must be located in and authorized to work in India
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability and readiness to participate in assigned on‑call shifts
