- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and workflows
- Implement and configure Acumatica ERP solutions tailored to client needs
- Provide training and support for clients to maximize their use of Acumatica
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions
- Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to the ERP system based on client feedback and industry best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Acumatica Consultant
- Acumatica Badges a plus in manufacturing, field service, and construction
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including distribution, finance, and manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in project management and leading Acumatica implementation projects
- Technical aptitude to assist with system configuration and troubleshooting issues
- Bachelor's degree preferred
