- Coordinate ERP data conversion activities
- Translate and document conversion requirements and detailed plans
- Drive execution tasks with team members and stakeholders
- Track progress, milestones, and task completion; escalated issues
- Support Build Phase, system configuration design, testing, migration, and hyper-care activities
- Complete functional specification, data mapping, cross-reference, and data model documents across multiple deployments
- Lead meetings with cross-functional thread leads
- Assess team workload and resource constraints; optimize resource utilization
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor conversion risks
- Monitor and track conversion and deviation issue resolution
- Communicate expectations and promote accountability
- Resolve conflicts, promote work sharing, and motivate teams toward common goals
- Manage multiple conversion activities, tasks, and resources
- Perform documentation, profiling analytics, reporting, and internal stakeholder communication
- Identify improvements to enhance cutover quality and efficiency
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience OR, in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion, preferably within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
- Experience with planning, production, and aftermarket-related responsibilities
- Experience with waterfall and agile Scrum project methodologies
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major RTX U.S. sites
- CORE or equivalent, such as Six Sigma or Change Management, and project management expertise preferred
- Experience in a matrixed team environment preferred
- SAP knowledge and prior implementation experience preferred
- Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects preferred
- Ability to manage multiple project activities concurrently in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience leading, influencing, and managing change at multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership, preferred
