- Plan and execute multiple company and member events each quarter
- Manage venues, vendors, contracts, schedules, budgets, and event logistics
- Coordinate travel, room layouts, materials, equipment, food, and special requests
- Lead on-site setup, event execution, breakdown, and post-event follow-up
- Work closely with company leaders to translate goals into memorable experiences
- Anticipate problems and solve them calmly before they affect the event
- Create repeatable systems, timelines, and checklists
- Ensure every event reflects the company’s standards, personality, and culture
Requirements
- Hands-on experience planning and producing live events
- Experience working with small businesses, entrepreneurs, or owner-led organizations
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and project-management skills
- Willingness to travel and be fully present for setup, execution, and breakdown
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage many moving pieces
- Calm, practical judgment when plans inevitably change
- Service mindset and genuine enthusiasm for bringing people together
- Must reside in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington
