Field Access Manager – Northeast

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage, prior authorization, step edits, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy routing
• Partner with HCP offices on benefits verification, payer documentation requirements, and patient support resources
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and implement compliant process improvements or access education
• Provide approved access education to internal stakeholders consistent with compliance-approved materials
• Collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and HUB vendors to improve pull-through efficiency and resolve recurring access issues
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by identifying access barriers and executing field-based mitigation strategies
• Monitor access performance metrics and translate insights into action plans
• Manage high-priority reimbursement and payer issue escalations
• Monitor regional payer landscape changes affecting patient access
• Deliver field insights to inform access strategy, HUB optimization, and patient support program enhancements
• Maintain compliant documentation of case activity, interventions, and outcomes in CRM systems
• Travel throughout the assigned Northeast territory to engage with healthcare providers, patient support stakeholders, specialty pharmacies, and access-related partners

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred but not required)
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field reimbursement, patient access services, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, or market access support roles
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, prior authorization workflows, and specialty pharmacy distribution models
• Experience working with HUB systems, case management platforms, and specialty pharmacy data feeds
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex access and reimbursement cases in a field-based or customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical access data sources and processes (claims, benefit verification, SP reporting, payer policy tracking)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience training or supporting field sales teams on access and reimbursement topics is preferred
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ideal candidate resides within the Northeast territory and within a 100-mile radius of a major commercial airport
